As you may know, GoZen has limited Sumo-ling's access to their accounts due to alleged payment issues from AppSumo - despite our team already paying them in full for prior campaigns. To clarify: AppSumo only paused the most recent payments after GoZen violated our terms.
Despite weeks of effort on our end to work with their team, GoZen has been unwilling to cooperate with us.
Because of this, we're stepping in to take care of our customers. At this time, customers have the option to switch to a GoZen subscription to pay a monthly fee to keep access to the tool. Alternatively, Sumo-lings can request a refund in AppSumo credits by writing into support@appsumo.com before May 30th, 2025.
